A punk runaway named Danny stumbles upon a sentient, decaying corpse behind a dumpster, sparking an unlikely and darkly comedic friendship. The corpse, driven by a warped sense of purpose, convinces Danny that the only way to save humanity is by killing God. Together, the pair set out on a violent and bizarre road trip across the Midwest, encountering a chaotic world filled with monsters, demons, angels, and other supernatural horrors.
