Scalpel Blu-ray Review (Arrow Video)
Scalpel might not be the horror film the cover will have you think it is, but the psychological thriller surpassed most of my expectations. It's got a sweet Tales from the Crypt mortality tale vibe to it, and the Blu-ray from Arrow Video is nicely stacked with excellent video, audio, and extra features.
